     The roof solar panels should take measures to resist wind pressure. (1) Selection of supporting materials


The support frame of the battery module should be simple, strong and durable. However, no matter what kind of installation structure is adopted, the module must be firmly supported and well fixed. The goal is to enable the photovoltaic array to work stably for many years and resist various severe weather attacks. The square bracket should be light in weight and easy to transport and install. The manufacturing and installation materials of the battery array bracket should be able to withstand the erosion of wind and rain and various corrosions. Custom installation materials are more expensive, and the cost of different materials is different.

Aluminum: Lightweight, strong, and corrosion resistant. Aluminum angle iron is a kind of material that is easy to process. It can be drilled with ordinary tools, and it is convenient to cooperate with various photovoltaic module frames. The disadvantage is that aluminum is not easy to weld.


Angle iron: easy to process and easy to corrode. Galvanized angle steel has good corrosion resistance, but mounting brackets or bolts will make it rust, especially in the rainy season. This material is easily available and can be directly welded into a bracket. In practical engineering, aluminized, plated steel and stainless steel are ideal substrate support materials.


(2) Flat-top installation

Choose a suitable installation plane on the roof, drill holes in the appropriate positions on the roof according to the specifications of the battery module bracket, and fix the bracket on the roof with bolts. Various installation methods will increase the bearing capacity and wind stress of the roof. After the entire component is installed, fill the holes and gaps on the roof with waterproof glue to prevent rainwater from infiltrating. Special attention should be paid to safety during construction, and scaffolding should be erected around the house. Since the air flow path surrounds the battery module, the module can maintain a relatively low operating temperature, thereby improving efficiency. Some bracket installation methods can adjust the tilt angle according to the season to improve the efficiency of the photovoltaic system.

The distance between the roof railing and the edge of the square array should be greater than 1m, and the height of the railing should be determined according to the actual situation, but the surrounding walls and railings should not affect the light on the surface of the square array. If the installation area is limited, it can be adjusted according to the site conditions.

(3) Slope roof installation

The U-shaped clip is installed on the roof, and the square array bracket is connected with the U-shaped clip, which is convenient and reliable to fix on the roof of the building. Lay linoleum or fill the holes with sealant, and install photovoltaic modules from left to right from the eaves, and then from bottom to top. Ensure that all external components are connected to prevent leakage. If there is rainwater leakage, it can smoothly flow down the frame of the component and will not leak under the component.

     Arrange the square matrix reasonably according to the number of square matrix and the roof installation area. And ensure that the backplane has a space for ventilation and heat dissipation. If the distance between the square array and the roof exceeds 8 cm, the square array will maintain a relatively low temperature and output more electrical energy.
